Survey results imported per site, materials catalogued with location, condition score, and presumed-vs-confirmed flag.
Re-inspection schedule
Material-condition driven. Friable materials reviewed more frequently; minor items on a long cycle. Schedule per-material, not per-site.
Licensed-contractor verification
Removal contractors must hold an HSE licence. We verify at upload and refuse the work order if the licence has lapsed.
Refurbishment / demolition surveys
R&D survey type tracked separately from the management survey. Pre-works check enforced before any intrusive work goes ahead.
Notification logging
Notifiable Non-Licensed Work (NNLW) and licensed-work notifications tracked with the relevant HSE submission references.
Damage / disturbance flags
Any reported damage to an ACM auto-creates a stop-the-line work order; the area is sealed until the report comes back clean.
