Nobody gets to say 'I thought it was booked'.

Auto-flagged at 90, 60, 30 and 7 days before the next-due date. The 7-day flag raises a work order routed to the right contractor with the last cert attached.

  1. T − 90 days
    First flag

    Notification in-app and by email to the Responsible Person and the trust estates lead.

  2. T − 60 days
    Second flag

    Email escalates to the estates lead's manager when the first wasn't actioned.

  3. T − 30 days
    Third flag

    Work order auto-raised, routed to the assessor on file with the previous certificate attached for context.

  4. T − 7 days
    Last flag

    Daily reminder until the renewal lands. If we hit T = 0 with no cert, the status flips to Overdue and surfaces on the dashboard.
