A satisfactory CP12 buys twelve months. An At-Risk outcome buys days. Two separate clocks, one obligation row.

  1. T − 90 days
    First flag

    In-app + email to the estates lead and the Gas Safe contractor pool surfaces in the next-booking shortlist.

  2. T − 30 days
    Auto work order

    Work order raised, routed to the prior engineer if their registration is current, otherwise to the smart-matched pool.

  3. T − 7 days
    Daily reminder

    Reminders escalate daily until the new CP12 lands. Hit T = 0 with no cert and the status pill flips to Overdue.

  4. AR / ID outcome
    Stop-the-line

    Independent of the annual clock. The appliance is isolated and a stop-the-line WO opens within seconds of the engineer's upload.
