L8 Legionella (ACOP L8 / HSG274)
Monthly water temperature monitoring, six-monthly review, two-yearly risk reassessment. Showers in PE blocks are higher-risk than the staff kitchen — the schedule reflects that, not a generic boilerplate.
Fixed-Wiring EICR (BS 7671)
Five-yearly periodic inspection across every school. NICEIC verification on the contractor before the certificate is accepted. Remedials tracked through to satisfactory sign-off.
Gas Safety (CP12, GSIUR 1998)
Annual CP12 inspection on every boiler, hob and water heater. Gas Safe number checked against the live register at upload time — engineers off the register can't file certs through the portal.
Asbestos (CAR 2012)
Survey register with presumed-vs-confirmed flags. Re-inspection schedule per site. Designated Person nominated under your trust's asbestos management plan — visible on every page that touches asbestos materials.
PAT, LOLER & Lift Servicing
Portable appliances annual, LOLER on lifts and hoists six-monthly. Engineer's report attached to every obligation; PAT register exports for the school office's safety walk-rounds.
Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting (BS 5839 / BS 5266)
Weekly call-point tests, monthly function tests, annual engineer service. Test logs auto-populate from the contractor's upload so the school's own register is always current.
